Heads up! This blog post hasn't been updated in over 2 years. CodePen is an ever changing place, so if this post references features, you're probably better off checking the docs. Get in touch with support if you have further questions.

We sent out our third newsletter yesterday. Regular blog readers will already know all this stuff but I just like to note things like this here. You can view it on the web here.

I felt compelled to blog it because the delivery on it was actually rather poor so there is a good number of subscribers who just never saw it. We had many reports of it getting sent to spam and GMail reporting it as malicious. It went out to about twice as many people as last time yet got half the opens and a quarter of the clicks. Not a huge deal, we’ll just be changing it up next time and sending a different, lighter email.

If you’re a member of CodePen, you get the newsletter by default, unless you un-check that option in your Email Settings.
