Heads up! This blog post hasn't been updated in over 2 years. CodePen is an ever changing place, so if this post references features, you're probably better off checking the docs. Get in touch with support if you have further questions.

In 2015, we saw the kick off of Codevember, a fun coding challenge, whereby you to code up a new creative sketch (be it canvas, HTML, CSS… anything really!) for each day of November, and then share it out with the world! Tagging it with #codevember.

Last year we saw hundreds of people make some really amazing things, so figured this year we’d make them a little easier to discover! Check them out here. We’ll also be keeping an eye out for cool codevember Pens for front page picks, too.

On the very first day of Codevember, the CodePen community is already off to a great start!

With some really creative stuff.

Of course, don’t be afraid to start late either! Creation is the name of the game here.

You can also see the official Codevember website, where they’re collecting creations from CodePen, as well as other submissions!

And of course, a special thanks to Arthur Rob and Valentin Daguenet for putting the whole event together.
